Coaching Programs

I offer coaching engagements designed for different stages, situations, and team contexts, including Step Up 120™, my signature program for women navigating a senior leadership transition. Each one is grounded in both my credentialed coaching training and my background as a senior executive.

Signature Program

Step Up 120™

120 days

A signature coaching program built for women at the senior level who are stepping into a new role, promotion, or expanded scope. Research is consistent: the first 120 days of a senior leadership transition shape the trajectory of the next two to three years. Step Up 120 is designed to make those days count.

What's included:

  • 8 biweekly 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Text and email support between sessions, weekdays
  • Optional in-person Power Walk™ session (location dependent)
  • Month 4 Stakeholder Review: 5 confidential stakeholder interviews, written synthesis report, and private readout session
  • Step Up 120 Coaching Guide with monthly worksheets

  • Greater confidence in the path forward

Executive Acceleration

Focus areas typically include:

  • Decision-making under uncertainty
  • Executive presence and influence with senior stakeholders
  • Strategic prioritization across competing demands
  • Building the kind of consistency that establishes credibility over time
