About Stephanie

PCC, BCC, CEC

I spent more than 30 years in leadership roles in the technology sector and working with clients, including director-level positions at Fortune 500 companies. Over that time, I led teams through periods of significant growth, worked alongside executives on the kinds of decisions that don't have obvious answers, and developed a clear view of what helps senior leaders succeed and what gets in their way.

A consistent pattern stood out throughout my career. Highly capable leaders would become stuck, not for lack of ability, but because they were navigating complex challenges without the right kind of structured support. They had advisors, but rarely a thinking partner. They had data, but rarely the space to actually work through what to do with it. Coaching, done well, fills that gap. My signature program, Step Up 120™, is specifically designed for women executives navigating the first 120 days of a new role or promotion.

My coaching practice draws on both my professional credentials (PCC, BCC, CEC, and others) and my direct experience as a senior leader. Sessions typically take place while walking, using an approach I call the Power Walk™ Method, which I have found consistently helps clients think through complex problems more effectively than traditional sit-down formats. Each engagement is designed to produce clear, practical outcomes that show up in how my clients lead.

I split my time between Salt Lake City, Utah and Phoenix, Arizona, and find inspiration in the breathtaking landscapes that surround me. As an avid runner, hiker, road biker, scuba diver, and swimmer, I embrace an active and adventurous lifestyle. I have been blessed with a marriage of over 30 years, two successful and talented daughters and sons-in-law, and now three grandchildren. I understand the importance of finding harmony between career ambitions and personal relationships.
