The Power Walk™ Method
A movement-based approach to executive coaching.
My coaching sessions take place while walking, either in person on a Salt Lake City or Phoenix trail, or virtually with you walking wherever you are. There is substantial research showing that physical motion changes how the brain processes complex problems, and the practical effect is that conversations go places they often can't from a conference room or a video call.
A typical session involves:
